WEBSITE TERMS

Terms of use.

These terms apply to your use of the SURYA ÉLAN website. By browsing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that the information is provided for general enquiry purposes.

Website information

Photographs, descriptions and destination information are illustrative. Actual property features, room configuration, capacity, facilities, services, rates and inclusions may differ and must be confirmed directly in writing before booking.

Enquiries and reservations

Submitting an enquiry or contacting us through WhatsApp does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking exists only after availability, final price, applicable terms and payment arrangements have been accepted and confirmed directly.

Payments and cancellations

This website does not process payments or publish a universal cancellation guarantee. Payment instructions, cancellation, refund and date-change conditions must be provided and agreed in writing for each booking before payment.

Third-party services

Links to maps, wildlife information, messaging platforms or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and policies are controlled by those providers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content through enquiry channels.

Changes and contact

Website content and these terms may be updated. For questions about a specific enquiry or stay, contact the SURYA ÉLAN team through the Contact page.
