Enquiries and availability

Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation or guarantee availability. Dates, guest capacity, rates and inclusions are confirmed directly by the team.

Rates and inclusions

Rates may depend on dates, guest count, length of stay and selected arrangements. Meals, transport, activities, additional services and taxes should be confirmed in writing before payment.

Payments and confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after the team has communicated the applicable payment terms and received the agreed payment. Do not rely on an enquiry message as a booking confirmation.

House rules and cancellations

Property rules, check-in and check-out timings, identification requirements, damage terms and cancellation or refund conditions will be shared for the specific booking before payment. Please review and agree to those terms before proceeding.

Local activities

Safaris, park entry, guides, transport and other local experiences are subject to the relevant provider, government rules, seasonal schedules and availability. They are not included unless specifically confirmed.
